Philippe Conticini is a great French chef and pastry chef.
Having worked in France, in the United States and Japan he conceived the « Verrine Dessert ».He transformed the world of gastronomy and pastry by being the first to serve dishes and desserts « vertically » in glasses rather than horizontally in plates.
Philippe Conticini received the award of the Pastry chef of the year with the rate of 17/20 by Gault Millau, and got his first Michelin star for his work at « La table d’Anvers ».
Nowdays the chef has his own Restaurant « La patisserie des reves », which he is very proud of.

In his perpetual quest for excellence and innovation Tigre Blanc joins forces with Philippe Conticini and gives birth to Alambic Edition, a round and gourmet vodka.
The chef recently announced an association with the French brand Tigre Blanc, to engrave his name on a Vodka special edition : The Alambic Edition ». The idea is to create a gourmand and see vodka, with a new distillation concept in a copper usually used to make Cognacin Charentais cellars.
According to the brand, this innovation has brought smoothness and roundness to vodka. Also this new kind of making is a nod to the origins of the brand Tigre Blanc, which produces its others nectars in Charente. More specifically, wheat is harvested in Champagne-Ardennes but water is sourced in Charente-Maritime while distillation is carried out in the city of Pons.
Specially designed to marry the greatest pastries Alambic Edition has a refined and rich nose that gives way to a perfectly controlled sweetness, where the notes of praline blend harmoniously with the flavors of vanilla.
