MANKO PARIS, a Peruvian restaurant and an extravagant cabaret


The Manko-Paris, is a cabaret restaurant on Avenue Montaigne, which opened its doors on February 2016.


It is a fusion between 3 people with very different personalities who have created an amazing place. Gastón Acurio, became a well-known chef by popularizing Peruvian cuisine all over the world. He has his own brand called Astrid & Gaston and manages more than 45 restaurants in 11 countries, with Manko being his first in Paris. Benjamin Patou, is a specialist of the Parisian nightlife and is the creator of Moma Group. Last but not least, the French singer Garou, who is in charge of the cabaret.


The decoration of the premises was entrusted to the talented Laura Gonzalez, who was able to transform the old Drouot Montaigne auction room into a charming and designed place with neat details.


The menu offers a wide selection of traditional dishes from Peru such as ceviches, tiraditos and empanadas. The dishes are splendid but above all extremely good with beautiful products, impeccable cooking, and precise seasonings. They serve plates that are meant to be shared in order to create conviviality.



The place also features a bar with as a bartender Kevin Ligot who comes from Belgium. The menu offers a wide choice of wines from South America, France and original cocktails that are made using pisco, tequila, or mezcal.


To end the night, starting at 22:30 every Fridays and Saturdays, the cabaret opens its doors to a burlesque show imagined by Garou. He chose Manon Savary to be in charge of the staging as well as the duo Marc Zaffuto and Emmanuel d’Orazio for the artistic direction and animation. It is a mixture of dance, acrobatics, mimes and many other numbers, which guarantee an atypical and surprising performance.


The overall experience is rich in emotions and makes you travel for the night.
