My semester started in September. At this time, it was still very warm in Paris, even hot. At the beginning of classes we had many visits to various interesting places in Paris such as: Opera Garnier, la Fondation Louis Vuitton, the exhibition of Van Cleef&Arpels collection at Place Vendome, we also took a walk along the Champs Elysees and Avenue Montaigne, visited famous boutiques of Chanel, Dior, Yves Saint Laurent and the others, and then went up to the Arc de Triomphe, with stunning views of the entire city. In the middle of the semester, we visited an exhibition of Hermes and the Academy of equestrian at Versailles. I liked all the visits, I learned a lot and saw a lot of things with my own eyes. I think that the visits have a great importance for the studies, we can say that in class we are studying the theory: the history of brands, their promotion, market, and in practice we can see with our own eyes how to construct the work inside the brand, which is very complex and organized. During the classes the school prepares very well the future professionals to work in a variety of luxury brands. This helps students to find a first internship in good company, and then gradually continue their work to become a valuable expert, a professional. Also during our studies the conferences with different people who are working now and have worked with major luxury brands were held. From them you can learn a lot not only about the company but also about how to behave yourself if you are working in the field of luxury, how to speak, dress, present yourself well. You can get a very valuable tips about the profession and about how to develop further in the chosen field. I am very pleased that all the teachers at INSEEC Sup de Pub really love their profession and are always ready to help, to explain. It is also very important that almost all the teachers of the school have worked in different countries, with different markets. This is not only interesting and informative, but also gives you an incentive to seek to develop your professional activities, not to limit yourself to a single country, a single market, and to go on all the time. I am very glad that I had such an opportunity – to study a semester exchange at a INSEEC Sup de Pub in Paris, it gave me an unusual experience both in studying and in communicating with people, I really learned a lot not only about the field of luxury and work in this area but also plunged into the atmosphere of Paris, recognized the features of this wonderful city and its inhabitants.
