Settled at 20 West 53rd Street across from the Museum of Modern Art in New York City lies the brand new and very exclusive Baccarat Hotel & Residences. Decked in jewel-like details, the hotel gives a nod to the crystal brand heading up the project.
If you’re in the market for a $60 million penthouse, this place is right up your ally. I promise. The official interior designer is Tony Ingrao, who’s known for making some of the chicest spaces around the United States. The venture is also due in part to Starwood Capital and Tribeca Associates.
The 50-story tower houses 17 floors of the hotel and the rest will belong to private residences. If you are in the mood to pop into NYC sometime soon, it’ll cost you around $1,299 a night for a classic king room within the hotel. Prefer residing there? The five bedroom duplex penthouse is pretty nice too. Like the saying goes, there’s no place like home.
