The first thing that impressed me when I arrived to Paris, maybe because I am student communication, it was customer service commercially. Usually the customer is king, they is trying to please and help to facilitate your purchase. Perhaps because I am “immigrant” or simply because Parisians are so, this is different here in Paris.
What I have felt as client in different shops, whether clothing stores, real estate, bars or other was like I had to work for them and not them to me, obviously not something that always come true but usually it was.
This generalization also becomes even more valid when even the same Parisian recognize their deficiencies in their treatment of the client, a slope subject in the Parisian business.
