This wine will be the perfect companion of lamb sauteed with olives and saffron.This vintage composed of 40% Merlot and 60% Cabernet Sauvignon gives way to a nose both smoky, fruity and toasted to accompany each of your bites. Its ventilation reveals a mature and flattering fruit, tannins are fine and tight, everything to seduce the sauteed lamb with olives and saffron.

” Succumb to the sweet chocolate mousse easter egg”. From an assembly from 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, this great wine is a beautiful expression of the terroir Pessac Leognan. This wine has a nice volume, delicate and silky tannins, a remarkable balance and good length. Finally its dense ruby color, the nose of ripe fruit (blackcurrant) and notes smoked features make it perfect for the chocolate dessert.
